Photography. Moments. Capture.

I would say that I’m very passionate about three things in life right now: buffalo wings, soccer, and photography.

These three things make my eyes light up instantly.

So far soccer has been the biggest part of my life. I played competitively growing up, played in college at SMU, and then prematurely tried to dabble into the professional game but obviously, that didn’t work out. Once my soccer path ended, I started a tent rental and manufacturing business with my Dad that has been running since 2012. It’s called The Tent Co. and we create various vinyl products and projects around the country.

The other constant in my life is photography. Capturing moments has been ultra instinct to me. I always have my camera on me. I’ve had a lot of pivotal photography moments that made me realize I needed to pursue this world more. The spark began in Austin for SXSW 2015 when my life was in a stark transition and my Canon T3i Rebel was my outlet. The following year, my uncle gifted me the fantastic Canon 5D Mark III which was eventually stolen. This experience shook me because it made me realize how naked I felt without a camera. The final push to fully take on photography was attending the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

My Philosophy

Photography is poetry through a camera.

Images allow anyone to feel everything and nothing.

It’s about allowing yourself to be free on both sides of the lens.

I started with night and long exposure photography but have slowly transitioned into street, minimalism, architecture, and portraiture involving engagements and weddings.

I welcome you to enjoy my eye.
